Michael Botticelli will reflect on his time as Director of the Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) and Director of the Bureau of Substance Abuse Services at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health as it pertained to substance use prevention. Mr. Botticelli will also talk about his current work as Executive Director of the Grayken Center for Addiction Medicine at the Boston Medical Center.

Effective Prevention for Reducing eCigarette Use Among Youth
Representatives from South Carolina, Oregon, Virginia, and Rhode Island will present on prevention efforts aimed at reducing eCigarette use among youth in their respective states and communities. Prevention strategies covered will include enforcement, media campaigns, policy changes, and a technology-based retailer verification project for conducting merchant education and store assessments.
